Judging by the turnout for Margaret Best's botanical art presentation and workshops and Jacinthe Lavoie and Ian Wilson's presentation on the wild flowers of Waterton, interest is blossoming in the region. The events were held at the Galt Museum, Lethbridge between 28th May and 3rd June.

Jacinthe and Ian showed their book Wildflowers of Waterton Park which includes 168 flowers in full colour in its 208 pages. Everything you need to know about this wonderful book, including how to order it, can be found at www.wildflowersofwaterton.com

Two botanical art workshops with Margaret to take place in Waterton during the annual wild flower festival starting from the 19th to the 28th of June have been fully subscribed and further workshops are being planned for August at the Galt.
